K9 FORGE STANDS BEHIND ITS WORK
Every piece of gear that leaves our facility has been inspected and approved to a single standard: exceptional. If your order does not meet that standard upon arrival, we will make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition — free of wear, odor, pet hair, or any sign of use — and must include all original packaging and hardware tags intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
—Personalized gear: any item featuring custom laser engraving, bespoke lettering, or configurations built to your specific measurements.
— Final Sale items: any item explicitly designated as such at the time of purchase.
These exclusions exist because bespoke work cannot be restocked. We encourage careful review before ordering custom configurations.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at k9forgepets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Upon receipt at our facility, all returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.
3. A restocking and processing fee of $4.95 is deducted from the refund total.
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
